Yoga Masterclass w/ Yogi Ashokananda
This Masterclass will allow you to experience the essence and authenticity of true Hatha
Yoga combined with Prana Kriya Yoga. Yogi Ashokananda’s signature styles of Himalayan
Hatha Yoga with Prana Kriya Yoga.
In this joyful workshop, we will start with an initial discussion with talking points focusing on
breath and the differences between asana & kriya.
Following the discussion, Yogi will guide you through a Himalayan Hatha Yoga series to
create lightness, freedom and space within your body. This is an energetic practice which will
explore sun salutation series, balancing and seated postures as well as incorporating
bandhas and elements giving you psychological as well as physical strength. The second half
of the class will transition into Prana Kriya Yoga, an empowering practice using kriyas,
kumbhakas (breath retention) and mudras with a focus on strengthening our heart energy.
This form of yoga has long been highly regarded among many great masters and yogis to
hold the key to slowing down the ageing process. Prana Kriya yoga also awakens the hidden
