Yogi Ashokananda

Yogi will be looking after your Yoga programme with Morning Prana Kriya Yoga practice, Himalayan Hatha Yoga in evening and Kriya Meditation during the day.

Radika will supervise your specifically designed introduction to Ayurveda. This will open you up to new possibilities and awareness of what your body requires from a nutritional & healing perspective. This introduction will also include food preparation and cooking complemented with Ayurvedic treatments tailored for your individual needs.

Ashok Tree

Ashok Tree is located in Tiruvannamalai, the home of Swami Ramana Maharshi and many Siddhas. Ashok Tree is nestled in rural surroundings and spans over 13-acres with a variety of trees in the orchard and across the property, flowers, plants, vegetation and wildlife. You will experience breath-taking views of sunrises over the holy mountain of Arunachala and sunsets over the hills. Ashok Tree is away from pollution, hustle & bustle, tucked away in farmland within nature and the precious wide-open spaces. Ashok Tree grows its own vegetables or they are collected from local farms to utilise seasonal produce, promote natural living and enjoy healthy food.

There are many places to walk, meditate, chill out and reconnect with your inner child. You can help out in our community project, orchard, vegetable garden, help with the animals or relax in a hammock under a tree.
