Although Mind Body Spirit Ltd have carfully selected all Festival participants, we cannot accept any responsibility for the views, opinions, descriptions or claims of individual exhibitors, presenters, performers and advertisers. We reserve the right to refuse admission and use any photos taken at the Festival taken by our official photographers.

Tickets will only be posted to the billing address of the credit or debit card used in the booking, and will be sent by Royal Mail within 10 working  days of your booking. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the correct tickets have been received. If your tickets are booked within a week of the Festival or event start date, they will be held for your collection on the door - please have your booking reference handy.

Once an event (including a Festival) has commenced, the Mind Body Spirit office will be closed and our team will be located at the venue. If you have not received your tickets, or have any other booking query, please go to the venue where the event is being held, where we will resolve your query in person.

A talk/workshop/event ticket guarantees a seat prior to the advertised starting time only. We reserve the right to refuse admission after the start of any session, without refund. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a talk/workshop/event is cancelled

The views of the exhibitors, advertisers, performers or presenters do not necessarily reflect the views of Mind Body Spirit Ltd. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any advice, instructions or views given during workshops, demonstrations or performances, or for any advice, instructions or views offered to the public by any of the Festival exhibitors.

Please contact us regarding the use of photographic and recording equipment or the reproduction of material obtained at events.

Whilst Mind Body Spirit Ltd has made every effort to ensure that all information, including ticket prices and performance times, contained within this website is correct, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage whatsoever, which may arise from any reliance upon, the use of, or any dealings with any of the information contained in this website.

Mind Body Spirit Ltd accepts no responsibility for any personal property.

What if you're under 18?
We will not send any direct mailings or pass information on to third parties for anybody who indicates that they are under the age of 18, without prior permission from parents or guardians. Details of all those under 18 will remain on our private database.
