The Mind Body Spirit Northern Festival continues to be the largest event of its kind outside of London. The first exhibition to bring ‘alternative’ therapies and lifestyle choices to Manchester, it has become a red-letter event for anyone interested in exploring the Mind Body Spirit world as well as for local practitioners wishing to keep in-touch with cutting-edge treatments and therapies.

Over the years as the urban regeneration has transformed Manchester’s landscape, the Festival’s exhibitors have flourished into thriving international businesses, local practitioners have developed into established experts and first-time festival visitors have become lifelong regulars as the city establishes a cultural legacy that will inspire future generations.

The 2007 event will be the 12th Festival at Manchester Central (formerly G-Mex) from 19 to 21 October with a huge range of healers, crystals, massage therapists, talks, interactive studio sessions, performances and demonstrations. We hope to see you there.
