Mindfulness in Movement & Stillness
In this session we will explore mindful movement to awaken the body, while harmonising our movement with breath. We will also connect with some gentle breathing techniques and meditations to support stillness and create quiet time for reflection and awareness. This is a self-care practise to harness clarity, create inner calm and deeply nurture ourselves.
ABOUT Clive Fogelman
Clive works as a yoga and meditation teacher and is a qualified group facilitator. He has a creative an open-minded approach to his work, influenced by his psychotherapeutic background. He enjoys helping people to cultivate intuition within their bodies, mindful that all individuals are different and continually evolving. Drawing on the parallels between yoga and life, the yoga mat becomes a space for exploration and transformation. He has a particular interest in combining yang and yin yoga as way of exploring life balance and is also passionate about creating spaces for self-care and healing through a combination of restorative yoga, breath work and meditation.
