The Yoga Sleep Method
In this workshop, Natasha Kerry will introduce you to the transformative practice of her 'Yoga Sleep Method' for better health and vitality as well as better sleep at night.
You will explore Pranayama, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practices to deeply restore the body and access relaxation states.
We will explore the three main principles of Yin Yoga and the methodology behind Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) and why allowing yourself to stop and rest is so important to balance all the action and doing. Stopping allows the body to grow stronger and the nervous system to rebalance.
The practice of Yin promotes flexibility and optimal joint health and it suitable for everyone! Yoga Nidra will consist of a deliciously relaxing guided meditation in Savasana (lying down).
