In this Jivamukti Yoga open level class, you will be guided through a carefully choreographed and seamlessly delivered heart opening sequence. ABOUT Steph Knight
Steph is a certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher and Holistic Therapist; she has been practicing since 2000 and teaching since 2009. Steph undertook the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher training with Sharon Gannon and David Life in New York before completing a yearlong apprenticeship with Cat Alip-Douglas in London. While continuing to study and teach yoga, Steph often spends time at Plum village immersing the teachings of Vietnamese Buddhism as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh and is currently setting up The Lightness Recovery Project, an organisation aimed at supporting people recovering from addictive behaviours and trauma.
