By Car

Located bang in the middle of the UK’s motorway network, jumping in the car is the ideal way to get to the NEC.

Parking

Need to pay for parking? You can pre-pay online in advance before the day of your visit and you can make a saving of £5* (T&C's apply). That's one less thing to think about on the day!

By Train

Getting to us by train is brilliantly easy as the NEC is located a five-minute walk away from Birmingham International Railway Station.

By Coach or Bus

Over 120 National Express and Megabus coach services run daily across the UK to Birmingham Airport.

Can I bring food & drink to the event?

We encourage you to bring a water bottle as there are free water refills within the venue. You are also welcome to bring your own food but there are numerous food options available from the venue and in the hall.

How do I collect my weekend, Three day or ultimate pass?

On arrival to the festival head straight to our Admission Desk and one of our friendly team will scan your ticket and exchange for a specific wristband.

Is there a cloak room?

Yes. Items are charged at £2 per coat and £3 per bag (cloakrooms are open 30 minutes prior the event opening and close when the event closes).

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

What is included in my Entrance Ticket?
This ticket gives you access to the Festival, Wellbeing Market, and all Free stages on your selected day.

Who qualifies for a concession ticket?
It is important the festival is as inclusive as possible, so we offer concessionary rates for:
  • NHS workers
  • Emergency Services
  • NUS Students
  • Those on Universal Credits
  • Over 65+
Supporting documents must be provided.

Do I need an entrance ticket as well as a paid workshop ticket?
Yes, as all paid workshops are part of the festival you are required to have a same day entrance ticket.

My ticket has the dates of 17 November on and not the day I purchased?
Don't worry. Your ticket is valid for the day you have selected the dates on the tickets are the dates of the whole event, which begin on Friday 17 Nov and ends on Sunday 19 Nov 2023.

Do I need to pay for my child?
Under 15’s are admitted free of charge to the festival. Proof of age may be requested in some situations. If you are attending a workshop, subject to the age restrictions on the content, any child who would require a chair will need a valid workshop ticket.

Can I book tickets for my friends?
Yes, the Festival is a great day out with all your friends. When booking you can allocate individual tickets to each person.

Do I need to print my ticket, or can I just show it on my phone?
That’s up to you, either will work! We would though ask you to think of the environmental impact of printing the ticket.

I’ve lost my ticket?

Can I buy tickets on the door?
Yes, subject to the event not being sold out. Tickets on the door will be £2 more (+booking fees) than booking through the website to cover onsite staffing costs etc.

Can I exchange or refund my entrance ticket?
If you can’t make a specific day of the festival, you can use the ticket on another day. If you cannot make any day of this year’s festival unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or swap tickets to a future event. Workshop tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

I have a carer do they need to pay?
We offer a complimentary companion and carer tickets to accompany disabled visitors to the show. Please contact events@mindbodyspirit.co.uk to make any arrangements.

There are train strikes and I cannot get a train to the venue?
Please click here to find alternative journey routes However, if you cannot find a route, you can use your entrance ticket for another day of this edition of the festival. Workshop tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Will there be showers and changing rooms?
Unfortunately, there are no showers or changing rooms at the event.

Will there be photography and filming?
Yes. All official photographers and videographers will have identification. Personal video and photography are allowed, for personal use, we want you to remember your day out! Please act respectfully to everyone attending the festival and be considerate of their individual experience. Please do not bring professional filming equipment to the event. Can I change my workshop options after I have booked on Eventbrite?
Workshop selections made at the time of booking will be honoured and cannot be amended once confirmed.

Can I choose a different workshop at the festival?
If you decide to attend an alternative workshop on the day, we cannot guarantee you entry and you may be asked to wait until all ticket holders have arrived and capacity checked before being allowed access.

What happens if I am late to a workshop?
Some presenters have latecomers' policies, please be sure to arrive early as we can't guarantee entry, or you may have to wait to access the room should you be late and a policy in place. e.g., if a meditation practice is taking place.

What if a workshop is cancelled by Mind Body Spirit?
If workshops are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we can move you to an alternative available workshop.

The workshop I want to attend is sold out, what do I do?
If a workshop is sold out at the time of booking, we cannot add additional tickets. Please choose from the available options.
