We'll start our session with a fun warm-up, gentle stretches and movement to loose any stress in the body ... as we lie down in our comfortable space, ready for our OasisSoundBath ... ... Allowing our body to settle into the exquisite OasisSoundBath by connecting to the natural rhythm and flow of our breath, as we begin our journey into deep relaxation within the embrace of Himalayan Singing Bowls, as Anne and her Sound Therapists place the deeply healing Singing Bowls directly onto various Chakras, cleansing and clearing any stagnant energy stored in the body.
Journey deeper into the healing sounds within the healing vibrations of Chinese Wind Gong, Irish Bodhran Drum, Hang, Rainstick, Sansula, Koshi Bells and magical Vocal Toning ... Culminating in a gentle guided meditation as we find our voice in the hummmmmm of our collective chanting Om ... Gently flowing into the magic of Mantra and Song ... Singing our Hearts into the depths of One Voice, One Breath, One Love ... Celebrating the joy of singing together and sharing loving vibes ...
Everyone welcome!! No singing or meditation experience needed, just a longing to share the loving vibes and sweet songs with other Hearts!! Sound Healing is all about vibration, resonance and intention ... every sound is vibration and vibration touches every cell in our body, every sound that has loving intention is a Healing Sound ... therefore we not only hear sound, we feel it physically, emotionally and soulfully. The only side affect is happiness and harmony!!
Presenter Bio
Anne Malone is an internationally recognised singer/songwriter, with a variety of CDs, one of which “Tender Lullaby” was nominated for NME Awards in 2009 and entered iTunes top 10 charts, a pioneering Sound Facilitator and Trainer, creator of Oasis of Sound, Art of Sacred Sound training at Yogacampus. Her passion for music has taken her on a journey of sound from the vibrant music of Dublin in Ireland to the exotic rhythms of Latin America, the eclectic sounds of USA and the rich folk traditions of Europe. Anne’s love of yoga and meditation has added depth of devotion and physical awareness throughout her journey, and by combining her training as a Therapist in Sacred Sound (Chris James), The Journey (Brandon Bays), Shiva Rea (Heart of Yogini) and Shamanic Ceremony (Hart Lodge) she is offering a unique yogic musical exploration. Alchemy of Sound, in conjunction with Mind Body Spirit, is becoming a big favourite with all who experience the magic of Sacred Sound and Mantra.
