As a previous sufferer of anxiety and depression I know that sometimes things can get overwhelming. This was me 9 years ago when I was going through a divorce. This is when I found Kundalini yoga and It changed my life, forever... It gave me peace and tranquility in my crazy world! I now connect with the world sharing these teachings and the benefits it can bring to your life.
