This workshop is about taking some time out for yourself for deep nourishment and replenishment. Through a combination of mindful movement, restorative yoga and meditation this workshop will leave you feeling renewed and revitalised! The workshop is open to everyone. No previous experience of yoga or meditation is necessary.

About Clive Fogelman

Clive has a creative and open-minded approach to his work, influenced by his psychotherapeutic and sporting background. He enjoys helping people to cultivate intuition within their bodies, mindful that all individuals are different and continually evolving. Drawing on the parallels between yoga and life, the yoga mat becomes a space for connection, exploration and transformation. He is very passionate about providing spaces for healing, nourishment and replenishment through a combination of yoga, breathwork and meditation.
