This session addresses the deeply human need to feel safe and empowered to be seen, heard, and fully expressed. Many people carry gifts, creativity, inner knowing, and an authentic voice that remain hidden through fear of judgment, rejection, or visibility. At its heart, this is the need to trust who we are, reclaim the courage to express what lives within us, and allow ourselves to take our place in the world without diminishing our light. In this experiential session, Ana Otero draws upon the teachings and living archetype of Mary Magdalene to illuminate the path of sacred expression, inner authority, and the courage to be seen. She explores how fear of judgment, rejection, and misunderstanding can lead us to silence or diminish essential parts of ourselves, and how the Magdalene invites us to reclaim our voice, creativity, intuition, and spiritual knowing. The session culminates in an embodied practice, inviting participants to experience the shift from holding back to becoming a more authentic expression of who they are.
Ana Otero is an author, artist, mystic, spiritual teacher, and founder of The Desert Rose Mystery School. As a Dance Movement Therapist with more than two decades devoted to the study and embodiment of the world’s mystical traditions, her work brings together the wisdom of Mary Magdalene and Yeshua, Aramaic spirituality, contemplative practice, creativity, and embodied mysticism. Through her writing, teachings, music, and sacred practices, Ana invites others to awaken their authentic expression and experience the Divine as a living presence within everyday life.
