Thank you for being part of the Mind Body Spirit Festival Community. We’re gearing up for a very exciting Birmingham Festival in November and as part of that want to give you an easy way to earn uncapped ££.  

We appreciate exhibiting at the festival is a considered financial decision so here’s a way you can earn some ££’s back. Our new affiliate scheme offers 25% commission on all ticket sales made via your own unique tracking link. This means you could earn a minimum of £4.50 (TBC TICKET PRICING)  per ticket sold just by including a unique tracking link on your website and marketing comms!  

By working together, we can continue to make Mind Body Spirit a success and introduce new visitors to our ever-growing audience.

What is an affiliate scheme?

An affiliate scheme is a marketing strategy where a business rewards affiliates for driving traffic or sales to its website. Affiliates promote the company's products or services through unique tracking links provided by the business. When a user clicks on an affiliate's link and books a ticket the affiliate earns a commission. The tracking of these actions is managed via Eventbrite’s unique tracking link feature. 

How can I get involved?

Step 1 – Fill in this form to register interest and someone will be in touch with more details. You’ll be asked for your bank details so we can make payment to you if there are successful sales via your unique tracking link. Please make sure you’ve read and agree to the terms and conditions below. 

Step 2 – You’ll receive your unique tracking link which you’re able to add to your website, social media accounts, company emails etc.  

Step 3 – It’s time to share your link and make ££.  We’re offering 25% commission on each ticket sale which means you could earn a minimum of £4.50 (TBC TICKET PRICING) per ticket sold via your link.

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Affiliates will receive unique tracking links to use on their websites, social media, or other marketing channels. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that these links are properly formatted. Your unique link may not be used within copy provided for the Mind Body Spirit website or channels, i.e. as part of exhibitor listings, presenter talks, social posts, adverts or anything else. 

  • Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting the festival using the unique tracking link provided via their marketing channels. I.e. website, emails, social media accounts.    
  • Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines including the ASA and CAP codes of conduct when sharing their link.   • Ethical Conduct: Affiliates must not engage in unethical practices, such as spamming, false advertising, or infringing intellectual property rights.  

  • Commission Rates: Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales, as specified in the program details.  
  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid within 28 days of the London Festival finishing provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold.  
  • Payment Method: Payments are made via bank transfer to a UK bank account given by the affiliate during the registration process.  
  • Minimum Payout Threshold: The minimum payout threshold is £20. This equates to selling at least 5 standard entry tickets via the unique tracking link.  

To enrol in the affiliate program, you must complete and submit the online application. We will evaluate your application and notify you of its acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for the program. 

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program. Additionally, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement and the program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate under this agreement.  

  • Independent Contractors: Nothing in this agreement shall create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.  
  • Assignment: Affiliates may not assign their rights or obligations under this agreement to any third party without our prior written consent.  
  • Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the affiliate program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.  

By submitting your application and participating in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email. Continued participation in the program following the posting of changes will constitute acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.  

  • By Affiliate: Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying us in writing.  
  • By Company: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate's participation at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.  
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the affiliate will no longer receive commission on any sales tracked via their unique link.
