Our loyal visitors are the heart of this festival, and every year I love seeing new faces among you too. So for Birmingham we've teamed up with partners whose listeners already care about the things we do.
UK Health Radio broadcasts health and wellbeing programming around the clock, across radio, podcasts and social media. It reaches 1.7 million listeners every month, with shows on mental health, nutrition, personal development, holistic wellbeing and more.
The highlight for us is The Healing Power of Your Dreams, hosted by our own Festival Programmer, Theresa Cheung. Between 14 October and 11 November, Theresa is welcoming five Mind Body Spirit Birmingham headliners onto the show, so you can hear them before you meet them at the NEC. UK Health Radio is also sharing the festival across all its platforms in the build-up to Birmingham.
"I'm absolutely delighted that UK Health Radio & Podcasts is a media partner for the upcoming Mind Body Spirit Birmingham show, taking place at the NEC Birmingham from 13–15 November 2026. I'm really looking forward to the amazing line-up of speakers and everything this fantastic event has to offer. Whether you're looking for inspiration, new ideas, practical tools or fresh perspectives on health, wellbeing and personal development, MBS Birmingham is a wonderful opportunity to discover something new, meet like-minded people and explore new ways to support your mind, body and spirit. I would encourage everyone with an interest in health and wellbeing to come along, experience the incredible atmosphere and be part of this inspiring event. I look forward to seeing you there!" You'll know Helen George from Call the Midwife and Yvette Robinson from the West End. They're real-life best friends who have spent two decades exploring tarot, crystals, readings and mediums, and their podcast, Mystic Mates, invites listeners into that friendship. Since launching in July it has been covered by Radio Times, The Sun and Virgin Radio.
Most Mystic Mates listeners are UK women aged 35 to 59 who are already spiritually interested or curious: they book readings, buy crystals and try sound baths. In other words, they'll feel right at home at Mind Body Spirit.
Mind Body Spirit is sponsoring the podcast in the run-up to the festival, so over the next few weeks you'll hear:
Then Helen and Yvette come to the festival themselves, headlining the Main Stage on Sunday 15 November from 16:00 to 16:30.
Listen to Theresa's conversations with our headliners, catch up on Mystic Mates, and come and see Helen and Yvette on the Main Stage on Sunday afternoon. Then tell us what you think.
Exhibitors often ask me a fair question: who's coming, and how are you reaching them? When you book a stand, you're trusting us to fill the aisles with the right people. These two partnerships are part of how we do that. They reach new informed audiences and they reach them through voices those listeners already trust.
A recommendation from a favourite podcast host lands differently from an advert. It's a friend telling you about somewhere worth going, and that's the kind of visitor who arrives curious, stays longer and gets to know your brand deeper.
If you're exhibiting with us in November, thank you. Expect some new faces. If you've been thinking about it, there's still time to join them: we have a handful of spaces left.
See you at the NEC.
