Mind Body Spirit Festival brings a spellbinding line-up to Birmingham this Friday 13th

As witchcraft dominates our screens, social feeds and even the catwalks, the UK’s longest-running wellbeing festival returns on Friday 13 November for three days of spirituality, self-discovery and transformation

13–15 November 2026 | NEC, Birmingham | Tickets Available Now

It’s well and truly the season of the witch – with the witchcore aesthetic dominating the runways in Paris and Milan, Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman back on screen in Practical Magic 2, and #WitchTok casting its spell on a new generation of aspiring witches. So you’ll be pleased to hear there are plenty of ways to channel your inner Owens sisters at Mind Body Spirit Festival when it returns to Birmingham’s NEC in November. This year’s magical line-up includes best-selling author and WitchTok content creator Lilly Statham (aka Mystic Primrose), who will be on the main stage teaching simple rituals and witchy manifesting techniques you can do at home; author, Witch Country podcast host and yoga teacher Sarah Robinson will lead an enchanting ‘yoga for witches’ class in the Wellbeing Studio; Julie, The Coventry Witch, will be teaching a workshop on discovering the ancient power of protective herbal magick; and The Druid Witch Holly is offering a masterclass in using crystals for energy shielding and spiritual protection in the ceremony space.

Of course, we had to celebrate the festival kicking off on Friday 13th – unlucky for some, but not this year’s festival goers, as we are proudly presenting an exclusive, spooktastic, after-hours experience. Making his debut at Mind Body Spirit Festival, Steven Holloway from hit podcast Haunted UK will be taking up residence for a one-off, bespoke introduction to haunted Birmingham. “Prepare for some spine-tingling horror stories as I share torrid tales of ghosts, poltergeists and all things supernatural in this local area and further afield," says Steve. "I know you're going to be astounded and terrified in equal measure, but just to warn you... you might not want to go home alone!”

Beyond the witchy goings-on, this year’s festival brings together some of the biggest names in wellbeing, personal transformation and spirituality. Headliners include the creator of Rapid Tapping, Poppy Delbridge - a former TV executive and BAFTA judge turned transformation expert who will be on hand to show you how stress and stuck energy live as invisible patterns in the nervous system - and how to clear them, fast. The celebrity go-to Chinese medicine expert Katie Brindle - who was named by Forbes as “the wellness expert you need to know” and whose clients include TV presenters Fearne Cotton and Emma Forbes – will also be there, promising to teach simple techniques you can use every day to stimulate circulation and energy flow and calm the nervous system.

BBC Breakfast star Dr Helen Wall is exploring the fascinating and often overlooked relationship between female hormones and the ADHD brain, psychologist and best-selling author Steve Taylor will be revealing the magic and spirituality behind the Beatles’ creativity, firm favourite of the festival Jade Shaw is ready to  teach you all about astral projection and how to have your own out of body experience, and spiritual musician and former X Factor star Matreya will be performing his latest music.

This year’s main stage – where you can expect the usual incredible live mediumship readings and inspiring talks from world-leading voices - is again hosted by BBC West Midlands Presenter Mollie Green. And once the main festival closes on Saturday there's an extra special treat in store as the legendary Paul McKenna takes to this very stage for a 90-minute live workshop designed to help you overcome what's holding you back and build the confidence to move forward. Drawing on decades of work helping people change their lives, Paul - who has sold more than 10 million books and is known as one of ‘the World’s most important modern self-help gurus' - will guide ticket holders through practical techniques to quiet negative thinking, build self-belief, and create real motivation for what comes next.

Meanwhile, if you’re bringing your children for a day out, we’ve got you covered. There will be a sprinkling of fairy dust waiting for them in the Enchanted Corner – a new attraction for 2026 curated by fairy whisperer and best-selling oracle deck creator Karen Kay, who has spearheaded a programme for little ones that includes mindfulness for children and parents, baby sensory sessions with mermaids, arts and crafts and story time.
