Paul McKenna live at Mind Body Spirit Birmingham: Resilience, Conviction & Confidence

One of the world's best-known self-help authors is coming to the NEC. On Saturday 14 November, Paul McKenna takes to the Mind Body Spirit Main Stage for an exclusive after-hours workshop, and tickets are on sale now.

When the festival doors close on Saturday, the Main Stage stays open for something special. Resilience, Conviction & Confidence is a live 90-minute evening session with Paul, built around one simple promise: you'll walk out with techniques you can use straight away, not just ideas to think about.

What you'll take away

Paul has spent decades helping people change the way they think, feel and live. In this session he'll guide you through practical tools to:

  • Quiet negative thinking and get past the obstacles keeping you stuck
  • Switch on feelings of confidence and calm when you need them
  • Build self-belief that actually lasts
  • Get clear on where you want to go next, and feel motivated to get there

It's a live, interactive evening, with the chance to engage with Paul directly on the night.

About Paul McKenna

Paul's books have sold more than ten million copies worldwide and been translated into 32 languages, making him one of the UK's most successful non-fiction authors. He's also a long-standing friend of Mind Body Spirit.

"Mind Body Spirit has always had a special kind of audience: people who don't just come to listen, they come ready to change something. That's exactly who I want in the room. I'll be sharing the techniques that have made the biggest difference to people over the years, and by the end of the evening you'll have tools you can start using straight away."

"Paul McKenna is a truly iconic voice in the world of personal development, and we're thrilled to welcome him back to Mind Body Spirit at the NEC Birmingham. His unique ability to inspire, challenge and connect with audiences makes every appearance memorable and mesmerising, and we're over the moon to have him on the MBS stage for what promises to be a very special festival."
