Session Details

Hanuman Dass, founder of Go Dharmic, will explore how spiritual values can be transformed into practical acts of compassion and service. The session will look at the connection between inner wellbeing, compassion and our responsibility towards vulnerable communities, drawing on Go Dharmic’s guiding principle: Love All, Feed All, Serve All.

Participants will be introduced to practical ways of bringing compassion into everyday life, including mindful listening, conscious acts of kindness, volunteering, community service and responding to the needs of others with dignity and empathy.

Presenter Biography

Hanuman Dass is a humanitarian, author, spiritual teacher and founder of Go Dharmic, a global movement inspired by the principles of love, compassion and selfless service. Through Go Dharmic, he has spent more than 15 years bringing people together to support vulnerable communities through food distribution, education, humanitarian aid and environmental initiatives.

Hanuman Dass teaches that spirituality is not only about inner transformation, but also about how we show up for others. His work encourages people to turn compassion into practical action through the simple principle: Love All, Feed All, Serve All.

Through talks, workshops and community initiatives, Hanuman Dass explores compassion, purpose, service and conscious living, encouraging people to discover how their own time, skills and resources can contribute to positive change in the world.
