A special welcome to our new presenters of this years festival, here’s our hot list of not to be missed workshops from our newbies. Jerry Sargeant: Unleash Your Divinity - Star Magic Healing is The Key 2 Jerry leads you on a journey of self-discovery during a series of Deep Frequency Encoded Healing Meditations, designed to break down your current paradigm and shift your entire reality. Steve Taylor: Spiritual Reflections and Meditations Workshop safe_image Steve will share some of the spiritual reflections and meditations from his book The Calm Center, published by Eckhart Tolle Editions. He will lead powerful meditative exercises based on them, enabling us to experience the harmony which arises when we step aside from our own ‘story’, and release ourselves from psychological attachments. Nick Williams: Love is Good Business nick A whole new world of work and leadership is emerging, based on love and inspiration and incubating the brilliance in those you deal with. Nick will share practical tips on how to weave love and generosity into your work and share real-life experiences of what happens when you put love at the heart of your Self-leadership. Leah Bracknell: Shamanic Yoga leah A unique workshop honouring the elements and four directions of the medicine wheel, and merging with the spirit of the asanas to discover what their wisdom holds for you. W Immerse yourself in the true spirit of the festival and get your wellbeing groove on with a yoga, dance or meditation class in our Wellbeing studio with one of our leading teachers. Sing your heart out in our mantra lounge hosted by the lovely Anne Malone, offering a sanctuary of calm, meditation sessions, singing, chanting and immersive sound experiences. Fresh from the Wilderness Festival! Put your wellbeing in the hands of London’s top therapists.The Wild Wellbeing Spa is an immersive celebrations of health and wellbeing nestled on the Exhibition floor. The Mind Body Spirit Birmingham Wellbeing Festival experience is best enjoyed through our Live Stage. It’s the dynamic, energetic hub of the Festival. We’ve chosen a magical mix offering four days of soul warming music, kirtan, dance, shamanic drumming, lyrical rhythmical poetry, mediumship, yoga and much more. Here’s our recommend stage highlights of not to be missed performances. Our chosen charity for this years festival is the Ashok Tree Foundation School Girls do Lunch The Ashok Tree Foundation was established based upon the inspiration, drive and vision of the founder, Yogi Ashokananda. Yogi’s vision is simple: drive human development to reduce human vulnerability. We’ll see you in a weeks time!
