By Thy Grace is a collective honoring of the healing power of mantra, a devotional offering to the unseen force that has guided us, comforted us, and held us, again and again, through the sound current.
Beloved devotional singer and Grammy-nominated recording artist Snatam Kaur has announced her 2026 concert tour, By Thy Grace: 25 Years of Mantra. This very special tour celebrates a quarter-century of sacred music and healing, honoring the profound journey that Snatam and her global community have taken together through mantra.
The tour will span Europe and the United States, with additional locations to be announced. It invites audiences into a powerful shared space of remembrance, devotion, and healing, celebrating the mantras that have touched countless hearts and lives across the globe. For Snatam, this tour is not simply a performance series, but it is a return to the source. Every album, every concert, every note sung over these 25 years has come from a place of deep personal practice: rising early, meditating, chanting, and listening inwardly for the sound current that heals. From this quiet space, the music was born. And through the grace of these sacred sounds, a global community has come into being, each heart touched by the mantras in a powerful way.
Audiences will journey through a concert arc that begins in quiet reflection and remembrance, moves through waves of forgiveness, inner strength, joy, and surrender, and culminates in deep celebration and collective prayer. Together, we will chant the mantras that have held us through life’s greatest challenges and joys, honoring their capacity to bring us back to ourselves, again and again. The concerts will feature classics from Snatam’s discography as well as deeply personal songs from Snatam’s history that have never before been performed live, spanning 25 years of music that has become a soundtrack for healing across generations.
Snatam will be joined by her bandmates and collaborators, Ram Dass (piano, clarinet, vocals), Bruno Justi (guitar, flutes, vocals), and Sukhmani Rayat (percussion, vocals), and some special guest musicians who have helped shape the sound and spirit of her music over the years with deep devotion and skill.
Snatam began performing professionally in the late 1990s, finding her way from English-language songs to the traditional Sikh mantras that had sustained her since childhood. As she toured and recorded, she began teaching, feeling called to help people not only enjoy the music, but learn how to integrate chanting and daily spiritual practice into their own lives. This blossomed into her acclaimed 2016 book Original Light, and eventually her online school, Kirtan and Kundalini, which she co-founded with her husband Sopurkh Singh. The school offers weekly yoga, meditation, and sacred music classes, as well as courses in harmonium, Gurmukhi, and tabla, for a global community of seekers.
