A workshop about the physiology of breathing and how the pelvic floor is connected with breathing - how breathing is connected with the nervous system and rest/digest response. This workshop will encourage awareness of the "release" side of the pelvic floor engagement, and offer a meditative breathing activity which evokes a sense of calm and relaxation - exploring how beneficial this is to all systems in the body.
